You may cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the activity. Between 72 and 24 hours before, a 50% refund applies. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling to a new date will depend on availability at the new time slot.
